- Complete a Claims Fact Find
- Prepare Paperwork with Client Authorisation
- Prepare a Section 7 (1) Request
- Contact the lender/s
- Collate all information from Client and Lender/s

| Once we have all relevant information this will be passed to one of our panel of solicitors. |
| How do I cancel My Agreement? |
You have 14 days after signing the original Terms & Conditions in which to
cancel your agreement with YourDebtsCleared.com |
| What are your Charges and Costs? |
| YourDebtsCleared.com charge a standard Audit fee of £85.00. This charge covers all our administration costs (this is non-refundable) and a £10 cheque for the client’s section 7 (1) Request. For PPI Claims, Bank Charges and Hidden Commissions we also ask for 20% of any monies returned back to you from the lender. |
| Does YourDebtsCleared.com receive any referral fees? |
| No we do not receive any referral fees |
| What Documents do you need? |
| YourDebtsCleared.com will need: |
- Your signed authorisation – (included in our paperwork)
- A signed Section 7 (1) – (included in our paperwork)
- A copy of your original agreement if you have one.

| Will I have to attend Court? |
There may some very rare situations when you may have to attend court, but remember you will not be alone. Our solicitor is there to fight your case on your behalf.
Remember you are not a criminal. You are fighting to reclaim what is legally your money. |
| Will I lose any Money? |
| It will cost £85.00 or your audit fee (non-refundable) plus £10.00 for your section 7 (1). Legal costs are recovered by your conditional fee agreement (CFA), this is your insurance. One of our solicitors will ask you sign a CFA when they take on your case. |
